Scheduling Your Appointments
Appointments for office visits can usually be made within a few days. For your convenience, no appointment is needed for allergy shots. Please bring all your medication with you. We also provide emergent breathing treatments for those having an asthma flare.
Once you have set up an appointment, there are a few things you will need to remember to bring with you:

Bring Proof of Vaccination.
